Delivery

Instant digital delivery

The Candidate Form Pack is a digital access product — no physical item is shipped. After a successful payment, premium access to the combined Candidate ZIP is granted on the same device automatically. On slower connections this takes a few seconds; the checkout page keeps trying until it confirms delivery.

If a payment succeeds but access does not appear

1. Stay on the candidate form page for a minute so the automatic confirmation can finish.
2. Use the “Check my pack” option with the same email or phone to restore access.
3. If it still does not activate, send the order reference (ftp_...) from the contact page and access will be granted or money refunded.

Expiry

Access lasts 24 hours from the verified payment and expires automatically. No renewal, no subscription.
