Refund & Cancellation

Digital access product

The Form-Ready Pack grants time-limited digital access (24 hours) to a service delivered automatically in this browser. Because the benefit is consumed immediately at purchase, orders are generally non-refundable once premium access is activated.

Coverage you still have

• If a payment was completed but premium access was not granted within one hour on your device, it is a fulfilment error and you may request a refund.
• Double-charging for the same Godfather session, or an accidental duplicate order, will be refunded on request.

How to request a refund

Email the order reference (ftp_...), the email or phone used, and the date from the contact page (FormTool Contact). Requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued on the same payment mode where the gateway allows it.

Cancellation

Since the pack is delivered instantly as 24-hour digital access, it cannot be cancelled in advance. No recurring charge exists; the pack never auto-renews.
