Privacy Policy

FormTool does not upload, store, or transmit the photos, signatures, PDFs, filenames, ZIP contents, or document text you select. Processing happens in browser memory. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working state.

FormTool uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CM7NGTESMC) for anonymous usage analytics. Events may contain a tool slug, generic input/output format, generic mode, success or failure, a broad size bucket, and validation pass/fail counts. Events never contain filenames, file bytes, exact image or PDF metadata, names, email addresses, phone numbers, birth details, application numbers, or document content.

There are no user accounts. Your browser may store your selected language preference locally. Ordinary web-server access logs may record page requests, but browser processing makes no upload, fetch, or XHR request with the selected files.

Form-Ready Pack payments

The ₹19 Form-Ready Pack is optional. When you purchase it, FormTool asks for only your email address or phone number to verify your 24-hour access, and sends the order to Cashfree Payments India ("Cashfree"), the payment processor, on the approved domain formtool.somurobo.online. Cashfree does not share your card or UPI details with FormTool. FormTool stores only the order reference, its expiry status, and a one-way entitlement marker; it does not store your card, bank, or UPI information.
