Check the file before uploading
A practical checklist for format, pixels, ratio, KB, DPI and visible photo quality.
Copy the current requirements
Write down format, minimum and maximum KB, width, height, aspect ratio, background and any DPI rule.
Validate technical properties
Check the actual format signature, pixel dimensions and bytes. DPI should pass only when reliable metadata exists.
Inspect visible content
Technical PASS does not assess identity, pose, lighting or background. Compare those visually with official examples.
