Practical student guide
Photo size, KB and dimensions are different
Understand pixels, aspect ratio, KB and DPI before preparing a photo for an online form.
Pixels control shape and detail
Width × height describes the pixel grid. Compression can reduce KB without changing that grid; resizing changes the grid itself.
KB is storage, not shape
Two 300 × 300 images can have very different file sizes because content, format and encoding quality differ. A portal may check both dimensions and KB.
DPI is usually print metadata
DPI describes intended print scale and does not create detail. Follow separately stated pixel and DPI rules.
Requirements change. Always use the current official notification; FormTool is not affiliated with any government authority.

Official notification में format, pixel dimensions, KB और DPI अलग-अलग जाँचें। Final download को खोलकर clarity देखें; केवल preview पर भरोसा न करें। आपकी file browser में ही process होती है।
