Why signature uploads fail
Fix signature format, whitespace, dimensions, contrast and KB errors without distorting handwriting.
Wrong canvas proportions
Stretching handwriting makes it look distorted. Crop whitespace first and preserve the writing proportions inside the output canvas.
Too faint or too dark
Use modest brightness and contrast changes. Aggressive cleanup can erase thin pen marks.
Format or KB mismatch
Renaming PNG to JPG does not convert it. Export the correct format and check actual bytes after encoding.
