Is the check free?
Yes. The check runs in your browser and shows every problem with a green ✓ or red ✗. Only the one-click fixed download is paid: ₹9 for one document, ₹15 for all documents (सभी डॉक्यूमेंट).
मेरी photo कहाँ जाती है?
Free जाँच में photo आपके phone/computer से बाहर नहीं जाती। Paid fix के लिए files upload होती हैं, सिर्फ़ fix बनाने में इस्तेमाल होती हैं और 1 घंटे के अंदर अपने-आप delete हो जाती हैं।
What does the free check look at? / Free जाँच में क्या देखा जाता है?
Format (JPG), file size in KB, exact pixel dimensions, background brightness, whether the face is big enough and centred (approximate), and for signatures — white paper, ink and empty space. Green ✓ means OK, red ✗ means the portal is likely to reject it.
What do I get for ₹9? / ₹9 में क्या मिलेगा?
A clean file made exactly to the exam size and KB window: background whitened, face centred, signature/thumb/declaration ink sharpened, and a name + date strip where needed. One document ₹9, all documents (सभी डॉक्यूमेंट) ₹15. The free preview is low-resolution with a watermark.
My exam is not listed / मेरा exam list में नहीं है?
Choose “अपने नोटिफिकेशन का साइज़ डालें” (Custom size) and type the width × height (pixels or cm + DPI), KB range and format from your notification. The check and the fix then follow your numbers.
Are my photos stored? / क्या मेरी photo save रहती है?
The free check runs only in your browser. For the paid fix, files are uploaded, used only to make your download, and deleted automatically within 1 hour. Payment details are handled by Cashfree.
Can the fix change a dark background to white?
Usually yes. An AI model separates you from the background (plain wall, room, trees) and puts you on clean white, keeping hair edges. If it is not confident — for example very dark photos, heavy blur or someone else in the frame — the check says so and the paid fix is not offered for that photo; retake it against a plain light wall in daylight.
Why was my photo refused? / मेरी फोटो क्यों नहीं ली गई?
The photo slot only accepts a clear photo of one person’s face. Greeting cards, scenery, group photos or a photo of a document are refused before any payment (“इस फोटो में चेहरा नहीं मिला” / “फोटो में केवल एक व्यक्ति होना चाहिए”). Signature, thumb and declaration slots only accept dark ink on light paper.
